According to the news posted on Mail Online website last March 15, 2020, it reported that a United States Senator advised that humans will begin the testing of the experimental COVID-19 vaccine.
Forty-five healthy and young participants from Seattle will receive the vaccine. The shots were co-developed by the National Institute of Health and Moderna Inc which is based in Massachusetts.
More than 170,000 cases worldwide have already been confirmed and at least 6,500 patients died already because of the virus.
Officials already warned that it will take a year to 18 months to validate any vaccine.
World Health Organization says that 35 experimental vaccines are in development at this stage.
